How do you delete your EkstraPoint user?
On the occasion that you no longer wish to use the EkstraPoint loyalty platform, please follow the steps outlined below:
A) If you are logged in and currently on the site:
- Get in touch with our support team via the chat function on the site (see https://ekstrapoint.com/support/ for more information about the availability times)
- Submit a request stating that you no longer wish to be an EkstraPoint user.
- Our support team will handle the rest
B) If you are not logged in or prefer email communication

- Visit https://ekstrapoint.com/support/ and chose a preferred way of submitting the data deletion request.
- Submit a request stating that you no longer wish to be an EkstraPoint user.
- Our support team will verify your ownership of your EkstraPoint account. Please be aware that if you are unable to verify the ownership of your EkstraPoint primary email address or mobile number assigned to your account, we cannot delete your EkstraPoint account.
- If the aforementioned validation succeeds, your EkstraPoint account will be deleted (see below for more information).
What will happen after I submit the request?
Our support team will review the request within the upcoming two working days.
Afterward, we will remove your EkstraPoint user from our internal systems, as well as the external tools we use for marketing purposes. Your existing casino accounts will not be affected.
