Customer Support working hours 

All tickets received in the Customer Support department are resolved between 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM between Monday and Friday. 

Issues received after 4:00 PM will be resolved in the next working day.

Tickets opened during the weekend are received on Mondays after 8:30 AM. 

Refund policy

What makes Ekstrapoint unique is the ability to earn free points and turn them into real cash. We enable this by converting points into real casino bonus packages in our Ekstrapoint shop.

But what happens if you change your mind and want to buy a different bonus package with your points or run into a technical problem?

That is why Ekstrapoint offers a refund policy that is applicable in the following cases:

  • A user is eligible for a refund of points, in a case when the user encounters an account problem with some of the Premium Casino Partners. In this case, the user is requested to solve the account issue with the Premium Casino Partner, and in the meantime, Ekstrapoint will refund the points to the user’s Ekstrapoint account. 
  • If the user decides to buy a different bonus package, meaning other than the one it was already purchased in the Ekstrapoint shop, and only in the case if the said purchased item was not credited to the user’s account, then the user will receive a refund of its points.
  • In the case of a user purchasing an item from the Ekstrapoint shop, and does not have a connected account between Ekstrapoint and the Premium Casino Partner, Ekstrapoint will refund the points back to the user’s account. Ekstrapoint will offer free guidance to connect the account to the Premium Casino Partner. 

Common issues and how to solve them

How to connect my Ekstrapoint profile with a Gold Casino Partner account?

If you have collected enough EP points, and you wish to finally buy real casino bonus packages with them, you will have to connect your Ekstrapoint profile with the account on our Gold Casino Partners. 

The procedure is the following: 

  1. Head to the Our Brands page
  2. Select the Casino you’d like to play at and click Register/Play
  3. Follow the instructions that will pop up shortly after you click on the button  

Important notice: You first must have an account to the casino you’d like to use your points at. 

Ordering multiple bonus packages 

If you wish to order multiple bonus packages, we kindly request that you follow this revised procedure:

  1. Place an order for one bonus package of your choice.
  2. Once your order is processed and the bonus package is credited to your account, you can proceed to order another bonus package if desired.

Please note that attempting to add multiple bonus packages to your cart simultaneously will not work as intended. 

Our system will credit only one bonus package per order. By adhering to the procedure outlined above, you can ensure that all your bonus packages are credited to your account accurately and promptly.

How to change the e-mail? 

If you want your email address changed, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile on Ekstrapoint
  2. In the upper corner, choose the option EDIT PROFILE
  3. Click on that and scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Here you will see the Change your email address option
  5. Type in your new email address in the field and click SAVE
